High-performance current mode PWM controller, specially designed for high performance AC/DC converter, 85-265V, 85-265V, 12W (ME8115B is 18W) continuous output power, peak output power Up to 18W. Optimized high rational circuit design combined with cost-effective bipolar manufacturing process, saving the overall cost of the product to the greatest extent. /DC converter, the internal IC starting circuit is designed as a unique current absorption method, which can use the power of the switching tube to complete the start-up (amplification of the switching tube Ic vs. Ib), which significantly reduces the efficiency of the starting resistance. consumption, when the output power is small, the IC will automatically reduce the working frequency, thereby achieving extremely low standby power consumption, when VCC reaches 10V, the internal chip will start overvoltage protection, limiting the output voltage from rising to prevent light coupling or electrical feedback The output voltage is too high due to damage, the internal IC also provides a complete anti-overload, anti-saturation function, which can be used to protect against overload, transformer saturation, short output, etc. abnormal conditions, improving the reliability of the power supply.
