اين رله حالت جامد داراي تنوع گسترده‌اي از ولتاژ بار شامل 40V، 60V، 100V، 200V، 250V، 400V، 600V، 1000V و 1500 ولت است. مقاومت روشن آن پايين و تقريباً 0.6 اهم (مدل AQV251) مي‌باشد. همچنين اين رله از نوع عايق تقويت‌شده است و ايزولاسيون ورودي به خروجي تا 5000 ولت را فراهم مي‌کند. اين محصول براي کاربردهايي مانند ابزارهاي اندازه‌گيري، تجهيزات ارتباط داده، دستگاه‌هاي تلفن و سيستم‌هاي خواندن خودکار کنتور بسيار مناسب است.
