تراشه پايه سيستم UJA113x (SBC) حاوي يک مبدل باک و تقويت کننده کاملاً يکپارچه به همراه تعدادي ويژگي است که معمولاً در آخرين نسل از واحدهاي کنترل الکترونيکي خودرو (ECU) يافت مي شود.
مستقيماً با خطوط CAN و LIN باس ارتباط برقرار مي‌کند، ميکروکنترلر را تأمين مي‌کند، سيگنال‌هاي ورودي و خروجي را کنترل مي‌کند و از ويژگي‌هاي ايمن از جمله نگهبان و عملکرد پيشرفته «limp home» که از طريق حافظه غير فرار قابل تنظيم است، پشتيباني مي‌کند. UJA113x در تعدادي از انواع موجود است که در بخش 3 توضيح داده شده است.
براي برآوردن تقاضا براي SBCهايي که در ولتاژهاي تغذيه باتري پايين کار مي کنند و داراي اتلاف انرژي کم هستند، يک منبع تغذيه حالت سوئيچ (SMPS) با تبديل خودکار (حالت Buck) يا تبديل بالا (حالت تقويت) در UJA113x يکپارچه شده است.
در حالت Boost، SMPS انواع UJA1131 و UJA1132 مي‌تواند به تامين يک ميکروکنترلر در هنگام کاهش ولتاژ باتري ادامه دهد و عملکرد بي‌وقفه را تضمين کند.
مرحله بوست UJA1135 و UJA1136 قابليت جريان خروجي محدودي دارد و براي تامين حافظه در ميکروکنترلر براي جلوگيري از از دست رفتن اطلاعات مناسب است. SMPS فقط به يک سيم پيچ خارجي و تعدادي خازن نياز دارد اما هيچ نيمه هادي جداگانه اي ندارد.
Description
The UJA113x System Basis Chip (SBC) contains a fully integrated buck and boost converter along with a number of features commonly found in the latest generation of automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs).
It interfaces directly with CAN and LIN bus lines, supplies the microcontroller, handles input and output signals and supports fail-safe features including a watchdog and advanced ‘limp home’ functionality configurable via non-volatile memory. The UJA113x is available in number of variants as detailed in Section 3.
To satisfy the demand for SBCs that operate at low battery supply voltages and feature low power dissipation, a switched mode power supply (SMPS) with automatic down (Buck mode) or up conversion (Boost mode) has been integrated into the UJA113x.
In Boost mode, the SMPS of the UJA1131 and UJA1132 variants can continue supplying a microcontroller during dips in the battery voltage, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
The boost stage of the UJA1135 and the UJA1136 has limited output current capability, and is suitable for supplying the memory in a microcontroller to prevent information being lost. The SMPS requires only a single external coil and some capacitors but no separate semiconductors.
