توضیحات
رله در واقع يک کليد تبديل است با اين تفاوت که در کليد تبديل به يک انسان نياز است تا کليد تبديل را با دست فشار دهد. اما در رله جريان الکتريکي وضعيت اين کليد را تغيير مي دهد. يعني يک ولتاژ الکتريکي به رله مي دهيم و رله کليدي که داخل آن تعبيه شده را براي ما روشن و خاموش مي کند.
در رله هاي الکترومکانيکي اين ولتاژي که به رله مي دهيم تا رله فعال شود معمولا ولتاژ کمي است اما کليدي که داخل رله تغيير حالت مي دهد مي تواند جريان زيادي را براي ما قطع و وصل کند.
